The rooftop bar is where you'll find yourself lost in fine sunset views, sipping cocktails that are quite decent not that overpriced given the view. The room we had was beautiful with a comfortable bed and a large window overlooking the bustling street below, it seemed like we were living the real Italian life.

Not the cheapest place to stay, but you get what you pay for.

Stylish and chic property with amazingly kind employees with great service. Marvellous location near Florence wonderful staff, unbeatable location, most amazing views and fabulous rooftop bar as well as Duomo, Michelango's David and the Uffizzi. And short walk from a prominent art museum.

Ideal location, beautiful decoration room and bathroom, quality bedding, choice of bed and type of pillows, bathroom products, very welcoming staff, roof top very nice in the evening.

Noisy air conditioning, impossible to adjust or cut, frozen air that blows continuously on the bed (thanks to the curtains all around the bed ); too loud also in the breakfast room. No toaster.

I really enjoyed my stay with the family, and the room decor was just beautiful while we savored the delicious breakfast every morning. We also took advantage of the spa for some much-needed relaxation with soothing massages and facials. The only downside was the waiting time for the small lift, but honestly, it didn’t mar the great experience we had. 🌟

The staff are hugely helpful, the hotel is 1st class and with fantastic location short walk to the river in the heart of Florence, the major sites-the Uffizi, market, Boboli Gardens, Duomo and the Acadamia and an excellent location yards from the Pone Vecchio...

Great place with its friendly staff, fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and cozy bar lounge. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I recommend exploring the rooftop views!

We knew this establishment, its quality of welcome, which we found again, and its pleasantly renovated facilities.
